ประวัติความเป็นมา : ในอดีตเราเคยก่อตั้งบริษัท 4M Technology (Thailand) Co.Ltd. ในปี 2001 เพื่อเริ่มทำงานด้านการติดตั้งสถานีรับ-ส่งสัญญาณมือถือภายในอาคาร อย่างมีคุณภาพจนได้รับความไว้วางใจจากลูกค้ามากมาย ซึ่งมีความจำเป็นทำให้ต้องเปิดอีกบริษัท คือบริษัท WERMA Technology Co., Ltd. ในปี 2003 เพื่อรับงานและจ่ายงานให้กับผู้รับเหมาช่วง จนถึงปี 2006 จึงตัดสินใจเปิดตัว INSERTECH Company ขึ้นเพื่อรองรับงานที่มีขนาดและมูลค่าของงานด้านการติดตั้งสถานีรับ-ส่งสัญญาณมือถือภายในอาคาร ลดงอย่างมากในตลาด และได้ทำการปิดตัว 4M Technology และ WERMA Technology ในปี 2008 คงเหลือไว้เพียง INSERTECH Company เท่านั้น
ความหมายของโลโก้ : เกิดจากการผสมคำ 3 คำ คือ
- IN มาจากคำว่า INstallation ที่แปลว่า การติดตั้ง (งานทางด้านวิศวกรรมต่างๆ)
- SER มาจากคำว่า SERvice ที่แปลว่า การบริการ (งานทางด้านวิศวกรรมต่างๆ)
- TECH มาจากคำว่า TECHnology ที่แปลว่า เทคโนโลยี (ที่เกี่ยข้องกับงานด้านวิศวกรรมต่างๆ)
